DINING

The Colgate Inn offers fine American cuisine in a relaxing atmosphere. No matter what you are in the mood for, the Colgate Inn has the atmosphere and fare to suit.
Remember the Inn also host private parties, banquets, meetings and provides off-site catering.

TAVERN

Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Inn are served daily in the Tavern.  Our lunch menu features a selection of entrees, seasonal soups, unique salads and appetizers. The menu changes regularly to take full advantage of all the freshest ingredients in Central New York throughout the year.

MADISON ROOM

Our seasonally changing dinner menus are supplemented with daily special offerings, which take advantage of the freshest available ingredients.

RATHSKELLER

In the tradition of European Taverns with a restaurant located below street level, our Rathskellar offers our guests an additional unique dining experience. The Rathskellar features over twenty Craft Beers on tap.
