Cancellation Policy

A deposit equal to the first nights stay (plus 13%) is requested within one month of making a reservation. Deposits are refundable in full if cancellations are made 10 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded on a pro-rated basis (-10% forfeiture per day) for cancellations received in less than 10 days.
